Night Drop-Off

At Village Transmission, the security of your vehicle is our top priority. To enhance the safety and protection of your vehicle, we have made changes to our night drop-off procedure.
Night Drop-Off Instructions:
- Parking: Please park your vehicle outside our gated lot. Do not park in front of the gate. Please note that parking outside the gate is at your own risk.
- Drop Box Location: A night drop box is located outside the gate for your convenience.
- Key Drop-Off: Place your keys in an envelope provided at the night drop box. Be sure to include the following information on the envelope:
- Your full name
- Contact phone number
- Email address
- Vehicle make and model
- A brief description of the service or issue
4. Drop the Envelope: Securely drop the envelope with your keys and information into the night drop box.
