Glad I let the professionals do the job. Normally I am a DYI guy. I thought a front wheel hub was failing. The cost for the part alone is $400 so I didnt want to guess . To do the work you need to remove truck brakes and disconnect the ,ABS and the four-wheel-drive systems . Things I dont wanna do. Brian was my service writer and did a great job keeping me informed. Joe was my mechanic. He was able to pinpoint the problem after a road test and placing the truck on a rack and engaging the four-wheel-drive system. Something I couldnt do at home. .

I wish I didn’t live 2 hrs away from this shop because I would make them my primary shop. I scheduled a pre-purchase inspection with them after reading a lot of reviews. They test drove the truck and immediately called to let me know it needed a new transmission. They called before they went any further so they didn’t have to charge me. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you for what you do!!

Great place . I had brought my car in and the problem was fixed however a week later I had to bring my car back in for another issue . Brian was great and very professional. The staff is awesome and kind and you will be very well taken care of ! Definitely recommend!!

I had a great experience here ! Brian is amazing ! I brought my car in and a week later I had to bring it in again and Brian was so professional and prompt about making sure he fixed my car and in a timely manner . Great place , great employees with great attitudes and attention to detail !

After 4 years of putting up with a slight misalignment and two previous attempts at another company to realign it, village transmission into $250 than the original estimate. The van drives great now. Thank you so much!.

I cannot recommend Village Transmission enough, specifically Brian! I brought my truck here after the dealership completely missed the mark. The dealership couldn't find the actual issue with my PCM and instead tried to claim that everything else under the hood was wrong with the truck, quoting me for unnecessary repairs. Brian was a completely different story. From the start, he actually listened to my concerns, showed immense patience, and explained everything to me in a way that made me feel respected and valued—never "less than." Because he took the time to truly investigate, he found the actual root cause of the problem and saved me a ton of money. I will be a forever customer because of the transparency, honesty, genuine service, and respect I received here. If you want a shop you can actually trust, go see Brian!
