I'm very happy with my experience. I brought my Ram truck in for a second opinion after taking to the Dwayne Lane dealership. The dealer said they weren't sure what was wrong, but recommended I replace the transmission at a cost exceeding $7k. Village solved the issue for less than $250. They easily had the opportunity to push a more expensive repair, but instead operated with integrity. I'll be back with my truck with any future needs!

Took my 1965 Galaxie in to have them find an oil leak that I could not find. I made an appointment and two days later it was in their shop. They found the leak by adding a die to the oil and found the oil pan gasket was leaking. To get the oil pan off more room was needed so they had to lifted the engine a bit. A new gasket was installed and I had the car back the same day. Not an easy job but not a problem for them to work on a 60 year old car. BTW the shop is clean and tidy.

Had a bit of trouble with my pickup about half a block from this place... not only did an employee walk back and forth twice while trying to help me, they then remedied the problem when I precariously drove the vehicle to their shop.!! No charge.

I went to Village Transmission & Auto Clinic because of two friends' recommendations, after a GM dealer had failed to repair the A/C of my 1996 Buick Roadmaster Wagon. The wagon also had engine noise which, I mistakenly thought, was caused by pinging. The same dealer also failed to identify what caused the engine noise. Luckily, I came to the true repair shop. Within a day after the car was dropped off, Technician Mike performed a Level 1 Test and found all problems, A/C and exhaust manifold leaking, that need repair. Service Adviser, Brian, kept me informed on the progress and the parts need to be replaced by sending pictures and videos. The processes were very transparent. These people are professional, honest, and quick to get the problems diagnosed and fixed. I am so happy about the work they have done on my wagon. Outstanding!
