I went to Village Transmission & Auto Clinic because of two friends' recommendations, after a GM dealer had failed to repair the A/C of my 1996 Buick Roadmaster Wagon. The wagon also had engine noise which, I mistakenly thought, was caused by pinging. The same dealer also failed to identify what caused the engine noise. Luckily, I came to the true repair shop. Within a day after the car was dropped off, Technician Mike performed a Level 1 Test and found all problems, A/C and exhaust manifold leaking, that need repair. Service Adviser, Brian, kept me informed on the progress and the parts need to be replaced by sending pictures and videos. The processes were very transparent. These people are professional, honest, and quick to get the problems diagnosed and fixed. I am so happy about the work they have done on my wagon. Outstanding!
