I was not prepared to be as impressed as I was with village auto clinic. From the first phone call onward I was amazed at their honesty and transparency. They were able to get me an appointment relatively quick, and gave a pretty accurate estimate of what the costs and time would be based on the expected work. I LOVE that they sent an electronic copy of the inspection explaining everything they recommended doing, along with photos of why. (Eg here’s a sample of your brake fluid compared against clean fluid and dirty fluid). This made it super easy to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with their suggestions. Pricing wasn’t cheap, but it was fair, and considering the stellar service, it was definitely worth it. I hope I never need a mechanic, but if I ever do, I’ll definitely be going back.
