I can’t recommend this shop enough. From diagnostics, to getting my timing chain replaced and an injector on my diesel BMW the process was seamless. They are very upfront and honest, even showing videos of what is wrong, and videos throughout of the repairs. With this I was better able to understand what was needed, and got to see the entire process start to finish. Michael was my technician, and he is a wealth of knowledge. He went above and beyond, to ensure my car was back up and running in no time at all. Very punctual, reliable shop, where you will receive quality work time and time again. Everyone is very friendly, and everyone went above and beyond my expectations for such a big job.

My Pontiac was out of commission for almost a year and we couldn’t figure out why. After just a day with these guys, they figured out the problem and fixed a few others I wasn’t aware of. On top of that, they washed my car for me as it had been sitting under a tree for most of the year. They were all very kind and professional, and provided me help with an affordable Tow Company that got my car there. Now my car runs good as new. It was my first time there and surely won’t be my last. 10/10 service.

First time visiting Village Transmission as a referral. I was impressed by their professionalism, friendliness and customer service when I arrived early before they even opened. All staff were at their desk, ready to assist - that seems rare, and I wasn't treated as if I was inconveniencing them for being early. They communicate clearly and throughout the process. It's helpful to receive photo/video reports on the condition of your entire vehicle to know potential issues even when you came in for one specific service. I find this separates them from most auto places I've visited. The pricing seems reasonable and affordable, and they charged hundreds less than the dealer quoted me. Now I'm going to consider bringing my vehicle for other issues beyond transmission.
