My car lost all power, the engine light came on and I was in an area of highway 2 where there was no cellphone range. Fortunately, my daughter was up ahead in Leavenworth and phoned for a tow truck. It took a couple of hours for them to find us, and by the time my car got back to Edmonds, everything was closed. Village Transmission was happy to accommodate my car overnight, at no charge, and they called me in the morning. I really trust Village Transmission.They didn't tell me that my car was broken, so that they could give me a new engine or try to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced. They put the car on the scope, found out that the issue was just a few spark plugs and took care of my car within a day. The service was professional. Brian is who I was working with, he was very polite, very kind, very professional and very honest. I don't have to buy a new car! It's a very stressful thing when your only mode of transportation is down. It's very, very relieving to know that there is a car service company out there, that you can trust. Thank you so much!
