my experience with village t&ac was great, the repair went as promised, the staff communicated in a professional and accommodating manner, responded to my many questions without delay and clearly. i wouldn't hesitate to use their service again, which is not what i'd say about many other places i had to deal with in the past 50 years of driving.

I found Village Transmission and Auto Clinic on Google and they were wonderful. I appreciated how communicative and transparent (emailed report with photos and videos of what they found in diagnostic testing) they were with the work that needed to be done on my Toyota. This is the place to go for auto repairs. They are transparent with their pricing and amazingly helpful answering all of my questions. Kaitlyn is knowledgeable and practical. I actually saw the back of the shop which is immaculate . While I was there 3 other woman brought in their cars and all of the frontline people were kind and answered their questions. This is my place for auto repairs from now on.

I was not prepared to be as impressed as I was with village auto clinic. From the first phone call onward I was amazed at their honesty and transparency. They were able to get me an appointment relatively quick, and gave a pretty accurate estimate of what the costs and time would be based on the expected work. I LOVE that they sent an electronic copy of the inspection explaining everything they recommended doing, along with photos of why. (Eg here’s a sample of your brake fluid compared against clean fluid and dirty fluid). This made it super easy to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with their suggestions. Pricing wasn’t cheap, but it was fair, and considering the stellar service, it was definitely worth it. I hope I never need a mechanic, but if I ever do, I’ll definitely be going back.
