I am very pleased with the service I received at Village Transmission. The price that was quoted was right on. The time it took was accurate so I could plan accordingly. The mechanic, Logan, did an amazing job and I feel confident driving my Toyota again. Thank you. I will be back......hopefully not too soon:):)

Theyve got good team here. I had to replace the trans on 2015 Yukon Denali. It was an expensive repair but they got it done quickly and the car is running perfect. My only complaint is that they quoted me $7,700 for the total repair and billed me an additional $180 plus on the final bill that I dont quite understand. All items listed seemed to be consistent with the original repair requirements. Billings aside, Id recommend this shop to others.

Honestly the best experience I had in any car shop. I only came for a transmission fluid and oil change. They did a full inspection of my car and sent me a link to view all what’s good, what they already done to the car and another list they have concerns about the car with recommendations I should do in the future to resolve them. Never had a shop given a list like so simple to follow like that before. Staff was very friendly and the time it took to drop off my car and get it back was way faster than I was expecting . This shop will definitely be my go to shop for my car!

Excellent and professional service for my BMW from manager, Brian Cornell. I used to take my car to the BMW dealer. Now, I trust Brian and Village Transmission's BMW specialist for service and repairs.

It was so easy to schedule an appointment via text! I had a previous services done in the Fall (2024) and the next priority was to repair/fix the vibration of the van whenever I hit the brakes. Well, they recommended a repair on the front brakes and I have to admit I didn't think it could be fixed, but their repairs/new parts totally resolved the problem and the price was acceptable. This shop is within walking distance, and they are terrific at customer service, professionalism and experience. We've had 3 different issues with our 2 vehicle in the last 6-months, and they've satisfactorily resolved them. You won't be disappointed!
