From the moment I called them and answered by Caitlin, she had been very helpful and understanding of my situation and got me in ASAP. She got my car fixed in less than a week and they are a very honest about their pricing and the staff are very polite and accommodating! Amazing experience and I will only trust them with my car. From now on village transmission and auto clinic will be the only shop I go to for any of my auto needs.

Village Transmission was referred to me, as I had not heard of them or their work before. The staff worked to understand the issue of why I brought my car in, asked clarifying questions, and took good notes. I was impressed with the pictures and videos describing what the mechanics inspected, any issues, and their recommendations. Also, the notifications I got when my car was ready were great. The only thing is that I had hoped to get somewhat of an estimated/expected time frame when I initially dropped the car off, but everything else was extremely smooth and all the staff were transparent and friendly.

I was given two options to repair a transmission shifter cable problem. One usually worked and was far less expensive than the alternative. Naturally, I chose the less expensive option. But mine was not the usual one The shifter failed to work again in less than a day. But Village Transmission took care of me. They did the other repair, credited me for work already done, and paid for the tow truck to bring the vehicle back to the shop. I felt I was treated fairly, and learned that the shop was extremely competent and customer friendly. I recommend them highly.
