I was down from Bellingham visiting a friend in Edmonds. I went to return to Bellingham and buckle up my seat belt and the metal part would not engage into the buckler part(not sure what it’s called!) I was kind of in a predicament! I tried jamming it but it just would not engage. So I looked up village auto clinic directions, drove there without my seat belt and kindly asked Caitlyn for help!! She was so nice and sympathetic!!! She came out to look, she couldn’t get it to engage so she went to get Skip the shop foreman. He came out and had it fixed it about 10 seconds later!I just hadn’t been aggressive enough with it! I asked how much I owed them and they both said nothing, no charge! What a great place to have landed!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car there if I still lived in Edmonds!!Thank you Caitlyn and Skip!!!

Brought my 10 year old Subaru in for a brake overhaul and they did an excellent job. The vehicle inspection was thorough and included pictures, videos, and explanations of everything that needed to be done and why. Prices were reasonable and they finished the whole job in one day. Staff are very kind and my car is running great again! So glad to have found an auto shop that is honest and high quality— will definitely bring my car here for any future needs.

Excellent service. Kind friendly and personable front people. Helped us to get a rental car in a timely fashion. Kept us updated. Fixed the problem with a printout of what was inspected etc. We could leave the rental car at Village Transmission and Enterprise would pick it up no additional charge.

I can’t recommend this shop enough. From diagnostics, to getting my timing chain replaced and an injector on my diesel BMW the process was seamless. They are very upfront and honest, even showing videos of what is wrong, and videos throughout of the repairs. With this I was better able to understand what was needed, and got to see the entire process start to finish. Michael was my technician, and he is a wealth of knowledge. He went above and beyond, to ensure my car was back up and running in no time at all. Very punctual, reliable shop, where you will receive quality work time and time again. Everyone is very friendly, and everyone went above and beyond my expectations for such a big job.
