I wish every place did business like this. SIMPLE. THOROUGH. No weird recommendations that make no sense. Transparency through their online inspection reports with photos. I even though my brakes needed replaced and told them that - no, actually brakes are fine just needed adjusted. Honesty, integrity and a great experience. Note: my mom had been told she needed her transmission replaced from another shop, and I really didn’t think so so I found this place as a second opinion and sure enough, they couldn’t find any reason the transmission needed to be replaced.

Highest praise for Brian Cornell and the team at Village Transmission. Email and phone communication with Brian was excellent. He helped with repair quotes and advice for my BMW. The completed work was timely and excellent. Taking my car to Village Transmission was a much better experience than the service department at the BMW dealership. The proficient Tech educated team successfully rebuilt auto transmission for my JDM 1996 Toyota Cresta. The were able to identify all issues and find all required parts for it. Excellent skills, excellent communication, completed repair in time specified.
