The thing I like about this shop is that the technician takes photos of the issue along with a detailed description. That is sent to you via text or email and you can see exactly what the problem is and how they are going to fix it.

It was one of those situations when everything goes wrong and everything needs to be done right now! My car wouldn’t start. I had to move it because of scheduled power washing and new striping in our underground garage. I made what I thought was an appointment for a mechanic to come check my car and try to get it started. I received an email 20 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment canceling the appointment! AAA to the rescue for a jump start. I drove out of the garage and into morning rush hour traffic and my car died at the front of the line at a major intersection with no hazard lights or anything to give surrounding drivers a heads up. A very kind young man rushed over and pushed my car through the intersection and over to the side of the road. Called AAA again. They helped me find Village Transmission and towed the car there. These fellows were angels! Josh fit my car in to try to figure out what was wrong and possibly fix it. I left my car with them and knew I could count on them to solve the problem. They did. I had my car back the NEXT DAY! They could not have been kinder or more informative. Communication was excellent and my car starts and runs very well.These folks are professionals! If you have vehicle difficulties, at least give them a call first. I highly recommend them and once you have dealt with them you will too. First class service, neat and clean facilities, knowledgeable staff who really care about their community and their customers.

I have been going to Village for years. All of our repairs have been completed timely, accurately and competitively priced. The entire office is so friendly, hard working and extremely honest. I appreciate that they look over my vehicles to determine if anything that could be completed while ranking repairs so I know what is most important. Mike Skipworth is a phenomenal mechanic that not only clearly explains the repairs but he also shows you! My experience at Village has always been stellar. Thank you for all you do!
