The technician at Village arrived at the same conclusion I had based on using my own diagnostic app. More importantly, Brian was able to get me in on short notice and I was up and running in less than two days. I was impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the cleanliness of the shop, and the price quote was competitive with a couple other places. This company quoted $9,000 to rebuild my transmission. $1,300 in parts to fix so they're charging people $7,700 in labor. FYI to people who are nieve on transmission rebuilds, it costs nowhere near this amount to rebuild a transmission. Reliable transmission and brake, TR transmission, honest transmission and auto repair All quoted me 3200 to 4000.

Needed extra part (not normal wear) and they got it to get job done same day. Like that shop recommends what can be defered for later and let's you know when parts expected life is.
