Excellent service. Kind friendly and personable front people. Helped us to get a rental car in a timely fashion. Kept us updated. Fixed the problem with a printout of what was inspected etc. We could leave the rental car at Village Transmission and Enterprise would pick it up no additional charge.

I can’t recommend this shop enough. From diagnostics, to getting my timing chain replaced and an injector on my diesel BMW the process was seamless. They are very upfront and honest, even showing videos of what is wrong, and videos throughout of the repairs. With this I was better able to understand what was needed, and got to see the entire process start to finish. Michael was my technician, and he is a wealth of knowledge. He went above and beyond, to ensure my car was back up and running in no time at all. Very punctual, reliable shop, where you will receive quality work time and time again. Everyone is very friendly, and everyone went above and beyond my expectations for such a big job.
