Village Transmission is awesome. Scheduling was easy and straightforward…diagnostic report was accurate…service work was done right and quick…and customer service was outstanding. Completed work coming under the quoted estimate was impressive. Once again I am pleased with this business.

My truck has a lot of sentimental family value to me, so I am very picky about where and who I take it to for maintenance and repairs. Village Auto is, hands down, the best garage I have ever worked with in the Seattle area, and the only one I will go to on this side of the water! They: 1) Have impeccable, timely, professional customer service that always goes the extra mile. 2) Have clear-as-day transparency with their inspection reports, even going so far as to print me an estimate for repairs that I would need later in the year so I could plan finances in advance. 3) Have great availability every time I need an appointment. 4) Have a fantastic warranty on the repairs they've done for me. If you need a shop, I 100% recommend Village Auto!

Best car repair experience I have had in years. Very professional and straight forward. They did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and fixing a faulty coil pack. Car has functioned well since the repair. This will be my regular repair shop from now on.

No they don't have an office space with wifi to plug in your laptop. No they didn't have a loaner car available. Other than that the work I felt was first rate. Discount Northgate broke my car. One of the lugs was stripped of its threads. Village is their preferred repair place for this. Village not only replaced the stripped one, but another that was damaged, not to mention replaced 3 lug nuts also damaged. All five studs have a lug nut or wheel lock on the hub they worked on. Matches the other wheels/hubs. Thanks Village!

Words can't describe the folks at Village Transmission & Auto Clinic. The mechanics went above and beyond working on my 1990 Ford F-250. From access to quality parts, prompt service without sacrificing attention to details, and agreeing to work on a truck with some rusty original parts, their efforts are commended. Friendly customer service staff are patient, explain minute details of work, ask appropriate questions, and very transparent. I originally took my vehicle to Shoreline Auto Clinic, but they refused to work on it because it would be a "messy job". I'm glad my new friends and their hard work ensures my 11 year old son will inherit "daddy's truck" one day down the road.
