After a misunderstanding regarding expectations for an AC repair and customer service experience, Curt took the time to contact me and genuinely understand my perspective on the experience. Curt gave no excuses, only wanted to understand my concerns (CLASS ACT), ultimately we agreed to give it another shot with a drive shaft repair.
