Needed extra part (not normal wear) and they got it to get job done same day. Like that shop recommends what can be defered for later and let's you know when parts expected life is. I found my new car care professionals. Due to some technical issues in my 2000 Ford F-150, I allowed it to sit in my driveway for years. Wanting to get it back up and running, I decided to get a full comprehensive inspection in order to pinpoint any major issues my truck may have. Their car care technician Joe H. Was able to deliver a full written comprehensive report with pictures & video detailing the problems needing to be addressed, which I found to be very helpful in understanding the complexity of my vehicles problems. On top of that, Brain, the office tech, reached out to explain even further what the cars issues were. Having a budget to work with, he went over the items that were most severe to the least severe, which helped me tackle what needed to be done first. Not only was Brain a pleasure to speak with, but he was quick to get my car serviced. Great service is hard to come by, but these guys got it.
