Village provided a very detailed pre-purchase inspection. The electronic report Included many photos, videos, and comments. In addition the staff was friendly and took time to educate me on what they found. It was a good value as I was able to use the report to have a few small items repaired by the seller that would have costed much more than the cost of the inspection.
