Wonderful service! I brought my car in bc I thought I needed front brakes and also needed a full assessment of any issues plus oil change. I've never had a mechanic do such extensive testing and thorough examination of my car, and the process was explained to me in detail. Turns out my brakes were still good , but needed a new alternator and drive belt (and tires but elsewhere). They could have charged me to replace my brakes and I'd be none the wiser. The team was very professional, fair, honest, flexible and extremely nice. Plus, they send the entire estimate with details on a report via text. How cool was that! I chose them bc a few years back, my entire transmission needed to be replaced. They assessed my car but instead of doing the $5k plus job, the mechanic asked if my car's transmission might still be under warranty. I hadn't considered that so he looked into it for me and, sure enough, Nissan had to cover the entire cost at the dealership under warranty. Saved me a ton of money! That's not only very honest but really going the extra mile. A painless experience. I completely recommend them and will use them in the future.
