This auto shop has been amazing. I purchased a car recently, took the car for a general review to see what maintenance issues needed to be resolved. Kirk set up the appointment, and Chip was the tech. After explaining in detail and multiple times to ensure I understood, we started w/ an oil leak issue. During the drip check test, the car broke down. I called and they were able to work me in immediately even though my follow up appointment wasn't until 5 days later. They sorted out the needed repair was due to a serious oil leak that cost more than I could afford. They worked with the dealership where I bought the car and advocated on my behalf to get the dealership to split the cost with me. Dave, the owner, also assisted at this point. Due to their efforts, they got my car up and running in a week. Can't say thank you enough to relay my gratitude. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I understood what was going on with my car.

I give Village Auto Clinic five stars for their first class service. I'd give them five more just for Kurt. His customer care is what you expect but rarely get. Thank you for fixing my SUV electrical issue.

Had a great experience with these folks when our battery died. Very friendly staff.

One of the few auto shops in the greater Seattle area which has someone at the front desk giving customer service full time. The clutch went out on my truck and they replaced it in about 2 days and instead of scrapping some of the parts they were able to rework them which saved me a lot of money. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and they even let me go into the mechanics area and look at all the work they did to my car. Another good thing they do at village transmission is they call with updates, its just down right discourteous and unprofessional when mechanics have your care and forget to call you with updates, I was so relieved that I didn't have to hound to find out what was happening with my truck. I had a 5 star experience and I have recommended them to my family and friends.

I had an extremely hard to diagnose brake problem - myself and two separate mechanics agreed it was the master cylinder, so I had Village replace it. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the issue. I took the car back and left it with them, and they spent 7 days diagnosing it at no extra charge. It turned out to be an ABS issue which was a more expensive fix. Even though we had all agreed it was a master cylinder, they generously adjusted the final bill because the first repair wasn't the real issue. They have more than earned my business and recommendation.

I recently brought both of my cars in to Village Transmission and was extremely pleased with the service and the quality of work done. Michael Skipworth is a very talented ASE Certified Technician that performs high quality work, and is very honest with his assessment of what needs to be done, and what does not. Being able to trust the people who work on my vehicles is very important to me. Chip Dugan is very friendly and helpful, and was able to get both of my vehicles in the shop in a timely manner. One car had broken down on the side of the road and I needed to get it fixed quickly, and he scheduled me right in. I am very pleased with Village Transmission, and would highly recommend them.
