Bad experience the last time I used them but I thought I might try again. This time for a transmission repair or replacement called and spoke to Ryan he said that he would get back to me in a half an hour. 3 hours later I called back to ask if they were not interested in the job and was told by Ryan he was to busy to even call to let me know he couldn't do the estimate.Run away from here.

My company uses Village to manage their fleet so I gave them a try with my personal vehicle and they even came and picked my car up and dropped back to me at work! I was impressed with the level of service I received!

Village Transmission has done extensive work on our diesel Ford Excursion. We really appreciate all the hard work that Skip, their diesel mechanic, has done for us. Friendly customer service! But, I feel like I got ripped off. Had some work done on my truck and paid way too much. Very expensive! for example...they quoted me $1400 to do my rear brakes...went down the street and got them done for $600. Nice guys...but over priced.

Without A doubt the best experience I have ever had with an automotive shop. The integrity this place upholds is astonishing, they treat the customer amazing (I work at trader Joe's and am very familiar with awesome customer service). Their philosophy is "treat the customer right" and they do. Curt is amazing and incredibly helpful, he went so far above and beyond he even offered to pick me up and drop me off at home (since my car was there...) also they have a strong promise and back their repairs and services. To bring it all back around, If you live anywhere near this area and want honest service please give these guys a try. tell them Christopher Lopez from Trader Joe's sent you over. I promise you will be very pleased with your experience. This was from my yelp review, but I decided to share here as well cause these guys deserve all the praise.

The car ran better than when I drove it in. I will bring it back in soonest for the coolant leak.
