Ryan was amazing. I bought a car from one of those small car lots. Needless to say within weeks it needed a whole new transmission. Ryan worked with me, and advising me along the way of what my options were, and his recommendations. He was honest with what I needed and could wait on. I will go to Village for ALL of my transmission needs.

I have been using Village since the mid 90s. I have never dealt with a full service shop that treats off of their customers like there were family. When I come in they greet me by name. They are very honest when it come to the repairs they recommend you have done. And they will tell you if the necessary repairs are worth more than the car! I tell all my female friend to go here because they don't try and rob you! I appreciate the quality of service and the friendly atmosphere.

Kurt took great care of my daughter and I. We had a messy situation with a Subaru Outback transmission failure, the dealer quoted 9k! Village (Kurt) flexibly worked with to create a win/win and find a warrantied used one (with the same warranty as the dealership) So, we ended up with a great running car and reasonable bill. Thank you!
