Had these guys install a drain plug on my 14 Edge Sport AWD. One of the only shops that have experience doing this. Ford seems to think that the PTU is a lifetime fluid, no such thing. Since then I have had them do my transmission fluid change and rear diff. Always good work, fair prices and they clean up any mess under the car.

The guys at Village have worked on a number of my older cars over the years and do a fantastic job. I have a 64 Rivi that they treat really well. Not cheap work - but they fix things properly. Never had to take a car back for a failed repair.

Bad experience the last time I used them but I thought I might try again. This time for a transmission repair or replacement called and spoke to Ryan he said that he would get back to me in a half an hour. 3 hours later I called back to ask if they were not interested in the job and was told by Ryan he was to busy to even call to let me know he couldn't do the estimate.Run away from here.
