I had my van towed there 3 times. Each time they assured me it was fixed. After the third time they promised they would pay to have it towed back and fix everything for free. even though I've already paid them to fix it three times. so when it broke down about ten miles later doing the exact same thing I called and they said there not messing with it any more. The fuel is leaking out the top and puddling all over since the first time I took it there I said it has fuel leaks and is getting air in the line. I told them I wanted the leak fixed. They never fixed them. I live in that van. They cost me with towing about $1000. And it's still broken and about to get towed. Village transmission steals from the homeless.

Jason we are sorry that you are homeless and live in your van. You literally ran it out of gasoline and had to have it towed here three times with an empty gas tank. This required us to bleed your diesel system to remove the air. We gifted you significant charity labor time - you did not even fully compensate us for the fuel we put in your van. Jason, please be informed: after we had to call the police upon your last visit, you now have an Edmonds Police Dept. No Trespass order on our premises.

Curt is always on top with customer service and anytime I come in he makes sure to explain exactly what is happening with my car and why it needs the work done on it to ensure my car is running well. I have been satisfied every time i've had work done on my car so far.

Dear Belleza - thank you so much for the review! I appreciate you taking the time. Take care. Curt

Brought my car in for Transmission diagnosis of a clutch pedal symptom. They identified a problem for $175, but their only solution was a $3000+ transmission rebuild that included windshield wiper replacement!?! I lost trust with this item and thought they were proposing a lot more work than was necessary to keep my transmission running.

We are sorry the solution of your problem was more than you anticipated that it would cost. Just to clarify, Your primary concern was of the clutch pedal sticking to the floor and a chattering sensation when accelerating. It was your clutch slave cylinder that had failed, causing the clutch pedal to stick to floor. The chattering was due to a broken flywheel. It was the clutch system that had failed and it took a significant amount of time for highly skilled technician to pinpoint your problem.

Exceptional customer service and excellent staff. It's this simple: they communicate with their customers. I had work done on my Ford Explorer and was kept up to date with the progress through completion. Very pleased with the quality repair. Many thanks to Curt and the rest of the team!

Thank you Mr. Bain! We look forward to working with you in the future.

We will see if they stand by there work warranty 3years or 36,000 miles. I have around 20,0000 miles but I am 9 days passed the 3 years. I will change my rating of they step. Up

Nationwide average automotive industry standard warranty period on replaced parts is the first of either 12 months, or 12,000 miles - we have tripled that! Thank you for admitting that you were past the three year warranty period. There has to be a cut-off. Whether you are a month past it, or just a day past it, or 8 days, or 9 days - there has to be a cut-off. We bent over backwards to help you out and give you a fair deal. Thank you for your feedback.
