The staff are always so honest and fair. They explain to you what to expect from the service and would never do something before you have given the okay. They have many complimentary services that other mechanics do not. I would recommend their services any day!

Very friendly and fast. When they changed the oil in my car they did a quick check to see how everything else was running, and then explained it all to me very patiently (but not at all condescending). A very good experience.

Friendly staff was able to schedule my oil change and inspection same-day, which was great. Charged a reasonable price, and informed me of a dirty air filter and DIDN'T pressure me to buy anything, which I really appreciated. A nice change from those shifty Jiffy-Lube practices. Highly recommended.

I was extremely happy with the service from Village Transmission. The staff (Dan in particular) was courteous, and kept me informed of the repair work, any delays, cost changes etc... I would use them again.

Fast and Friendly

We all know what a stressful experience taking our vehicles in for even the simplest repair can be and even more so to find a shop you trust. I, however, needed transmission work or a new transmission. I'd rather go to the dentist for a route canal or two. I am a first time customer here at VT and by the end of my first call to them I knew I found the right place after calls to various shops. They went ABOVE & BEYOND!!! I now have a brand new transmission for half or more of what it would have cost me for a rebuilt or new from dealer manufacturer. The best service and the best communication. Simply the Best!

We love our BMW Z3, but they can be expensive to maintain. We found Village Transmission after moving to Edmonds 2 years ago. They are efficient and very friendly. They are also good at what they do. My most recent visit was because the check engine light was on. They ran diagnostics, which indicated an evaporation system leak and tested to identify the leak. They explained that there were some parts of the system that couldn't be examined easily on this car - some dis-assembly required. Since the car appeared OK, they suggested that they not take it apart to examine those components. Instead, "drive it for a while and see if the light comes back on." I suspect that other shops would have gone ahead and taken the car apart and ran up big $$. Not Village. I highly recommend them.

I always am pleased the service at village. They are always professional,,ready to get the job done, and it is completed quickly. There is also always a report of any other problems and they are quick to give an estimate on any work needing to be done. I'd recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys.

My experience at Village Auto has been outstanding. My family has several automobiles which Village services and repairs and I have always been happy with their work. The service writers are always polite and attentive to detail. Their technicians, especially Jim Hall, always go the extra mile to make sure the service or repair is done correctly, and I have noticed several times, extra work has been done to ensure any associated parts are cleaned and serviced to prevent problems in the future. I highly recommend Village with no reservations.
