This place is informative, clear, professional and “human”. You do not feel like a number here, but more of a family. I left feeling very well taken care of.

Good experience. Was kept updated with phone call when they confirmed my amateur diagnosis (bad alternator), how they diagnosed it and confirmed what would be done for how much before they got started. Total ended up being ~$30 higher than quoted and I asked to be shown where the difference went. We found it (wrong part in quote), but without me asking a discount was applied and the total ended up lower than the quoted total by a few bucks. Car runs great now. Would give 4.5 stars if I could, but rounding up is far more accurate in this case.

I recently took my 2011 Mustang in for oil change & check up.. My car was done professionally and in reasonable time! The shop was neat and welcoming. Special thank you to my service advisor, Ryan, for the great help and friendliness! I will definitely be back soon!
