Ryan was the plug on my mini cooper nobody wants to work on it because it’s modified but they took it and made my experience personal and fast!

They were amazing!! For me in the day of. I was going on a long cross country trip. They did an oil change and fluids too off and did an inspection for me to make sure everything was in good order. Super nice had pictures for me to see everything was fine. would recommend them highly! Thank You Village team!

Village Transmission is a well-run business. I trust their work and their customer service is 5 star. I live close by so they offered to drop me off at home and come pick me... and this was just for an oil change! They are a great place to take your vehicles!

David from Village Transmission was so helpful after my vehicle was towed to their location after a rod went thru my engine block on I5 freeway! David the general manager was very accommodating to assist / help me out in this traumatic situation, making me feel comfortable and welcome.

Definitely not close to where I live anymore but I will continue to go because they have always gone out of their way to make sure we leave happy and satisfied! I recommend them to everyone! Thanks for all the great work everyone at the shop has done!

It’s been over a year since I’ve been here, with the highest expectations I went back. Nothing has changed, they knocked it out of the park with service and the magicians turning the wrench. This place is informative, clear, professional and “human”. You do not feel like a number here, but more of a family. I left feeling very well taken care of.

Good experience. Was kept updated with phone call when they confirmed my amateur diagnosis (bad alternator), how they diagnosed it and confirmed what would be done for how much before they got started. Total ended up being ~$30 higher than quoted and I asked to be shown where the difference went. We found it (wrong part in quote), but without me asking a discount was applied and the total ended up lower than the quoted total by a few bucks. Car runs great now. Would give 4.5 stars if I could, but rounding up is far more accurate in this case.
