My reason for going was a buyer's inspection. If you're considering doing that here, go somewhere else. As they say, they are VERY thorough. It took two and a half hours from giving them the keys to finishing the inspection. They seemed to know what they were doing as far as the actual inspection went, but the way they presented the information they gathered was unnecessary, convoluted and again took way too long to get through. They basically had a TV screen that showed an intensely rigorous checklist of every single thing that could possibly be wrong about the vehicle, complete with, in one instance, a video that the technician had taken in the shop. At some points, the person going through the list with me was actually adding and coloring circles and arrows to point to things that were bad or good. I asked for a print-out just to get out of the place and they gave me a nearly inch-thick stack of pages. When I got back to the dealer, I couldn't even find the relevant information in the first few pages so I just gave up. Maybe if you're buying a very expensive car, you would want this kind of detail, but not for a 6k Subaru.
Dear Tristan, I am sorry that our thorough buyer's inspection was too much information for you. This is the first time we have ever received this feedback. Most customers really appreciate our thorough and detailed buyer's inspections with color photographs. I wish you would have asked us for help if you needed it - our door is always open. Thank you for your feedback.
