I couldn't be happier with the service we received at Village Transmission. My 2003 Chevy 2500 was having some transmission issues on the way back from a camp trip and we couldn't get it in anywhere. Village was the only spot that had time for us and I am so glad they did! The transmission trouble was diagnosed quickly and with confidence. Since our truck holds our family camper on it full-time, I asked them to do a general inspection on the truck to make sure everything was in order. Their inspection process was insane! You get access to a webpage with all the things they check, the status of those things and they even take pictures of most the services performed. They discovered we had a very dangerously bad ball joint along with a few other pretty severe things and were able to get all the work done within the week. This was a major safety issue and I'm so glad they caught it. I've asked other shops to do inspections before and nothing came up. They identified some real problems along with other things to just monitor and I feel really good about this whole process. I will be back with my wife's car in the near future! Thanks so much to these folks for getting us back on the road so we can continue to explore safely.

I'm not going to beat around the bush. The employees here are totally professional and helpful. When my transmission unexpectedly went out on my Toyota Land Cruiser, they arranged for my rental vehicle for me. They had the rental car there waiting for me when the tow truck arrived at their shop. I received a FAIR estimate quickly, and all repairs were completed in one week. I unhesitatingly give Village Transmission five out of five stars!

Best shop in Seattle hands down, another shop misdiagnosed my truck and these guys got to the bottom of it quick put it all up online with pictures for me to be able to see literally everything they did. This is unheard of for most shops and I will never go to a different one. If you want great work done and to be able to see real-time photos of what they're doing use this shop.

This is the third time I’ve used this business. Great service each time, notified me of any possible issues. Let me decide how to deal with those issues. There was no pressure, just recommendations. Example was the coolant level of use during the winter was not at the manufacture recommendation. It did need a change and the brake fluid was dirty after 140,000 miles. I decided to take it in and have the oil changed too. Every time they took pictures of the readings and did a quick synopsis of what they did. Price was comparable to other shops. The facilities is clean and they were able to get the listed services done before noon. I highly recommend Village Transmission and Auto Clinic for your vehicle needs and services. I continue to appreciate this business. My pickup died on Saturday evening and wouldn’t start. I called AAA to tow it to Village Transmission & Auto Clinic. It was AAA approved and was towed to the facility with no problems. This business does not have a tow truck, so be aware you’ll need to call AAA directly. I really expected that Village Transmission & Auto Clinic wouldn’t be able to work on it for several days as they do need to schedule the work. At 3:00 on Monday I get a message that they diagnosed the problem and could fix it with a couple recommendations. In my message were pictures of the problem and the recommendation of additional services. I approved the fix and within the hour it was fixed and services performed. The bill was affordable and fair and I got my pickup back on Monday afternoon. I appreciate them working it into their busy schedule and getting it repaired as soon as they did. I still highly recommend Village Transmission & Auto Clinic.
