My prius wouldn't start. They found out it's the main battery. The used Prius cost 4k and the battery is over 3k so we asked if we could leave it there while I look for a donation center that would accept it. They are great people, polite professional. I highly recommend them.

Diagnostic was performed and reported early by phone. I was able to decide what direction to take. No surprises by cost because all procedures were priced before performing. I appreciated the professional informative staff.
