Curt is awesome, and the mechanics are friendly and informative when I’ve had questions about my car. I never feel ripped off or taken advantage of here. When I needed warranty repairs on my complex cooling system, and they realized I would need to visit the dealership, they graciously didn’t charge for looking into the issue for me. They’re so patient and transparent about everything. This is the only place I trust taking my BMW to since I bought it 3 years ago, and I continue to come back even after moving out of the area. So glad Costco recommended them to me. Thank you for all you do!

We have been traveling in a truck towing a 5th wheel. When we began to experience some problems with the truck we called Village Transmission. We found Dave and his crew to be courteous, proffesional and honest. Those are all important qualities in a business that we are trusting to keep our truck running safely. Our truck was back to us in good time and the final bill aligned with the initial quote. Thank you again to Dave and his diesel mechanic. We woud highly recommend this shop for service.

In addition to bringing my car in for brakes I also brought it in for an annoying problem with the hatchback being unable to unlock. I have a 2007 Honda CRV and had the actuator replaced by the Honda dealer in 2019 for a similar problem with all five doors being unable to unlock. Dave Earp the owner had his service man spend a couple hours diagnosing the problem but came up with no simple solution. I decided on not pursuing any further diagnosis and to leave the hatchback problem for another day. Dave generously did not charge me the several hundred dollars for labor this service man performed. As a senior on a fixed income I appreciate a business like Dave’s to not charge in this particular instance. That’s why I keep going back to Village transmission for all of my repairs. P S they even charged me less for an oil change then Jiffy Lube
