I had a bad alternator. They diagnosed it and replaced alternator and serpentine belt. Next day it started making a noise. Had to return to get belt adjusted. This is something that should have been caught before going out the door.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service and work that Curtis and his crew did on my Camry recently. These guys are awesome! 2016 Challenger R/T with check engine light on. Took to Rairdon's Chrysler/Jeep in Kirkland. After paying the $203.00 diagnosis fee I learned that rodents had chewed through my #5 fuel injector wiring. Rairdon's wanted an additional $1550 plus tax for various repairs. Needless to say, I utilized AAA and had my vehicle towed to Village Transmission where I was greeted with a smile by Dave Earp. Dave and his professional team diagnosed the same issue and repaired the wiring for $183.00 out the door. Additionally, his team sent me a step by step, photos included as to where my key was hidden- I could only pick my vehicle up after hours. This included a personal call to me at 8PM the evening of pick up. . . . Well after business hours. Kudos to Dave and his team of courteous professionals. I highly recommend Village Transmission and Auto Clinic! They exceeded my expectations.

Alone and 200 miles from home, my car broke down on the way to the Edmonds-Kingston ferry. By the time I waited 3 1/2 hours for a tow, the mechanics at Village Transmission & Auto Clinic had left for the day. But the owner figured out the problem - a simple one - and ran my engine until certain it was safe for me to drive. He didn't even charge me. His diagnosis was right. I drove safely home. Cannot thank him enough.

These guys are awesome!!! I totally trust their opinions and didn't feel taken advantage of like most shops!! They dealt with my warranty company so I didn't have to much and would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!
