I've taken my truck to the dealership and another shop and no one could figure out what was wrong. Then I bought it Village and not only did they fix the first problem, but everything I've had them do.

Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended by family members and I was not disappointed. I’m going to change from the place I normally go.

I went to two others repair shops on the eastside because my car was driving really rough when I got up to 65 mph. Also my engine light was coming on occasionally. I used my scanner and it said I had catalytic converter issues. Also turbo came up later. I understand a catalytic converter can get clogged and cause issues. The one shop owner put a coil in, that my scanner didn’t show I needed and charged me to look at my catalytic converter. Then wanted to charge me almost $600 to tear my catalytic converter and turbo apart to find my problem. Never taking my car for a test drive. A friend told me about Village Auto. They took my car for a test drive and checked my catalytic converter and turbo. The mechanic said everything looked good but the tires needed to be rotated and balanced. He also said a minor part on the turbo has been having issues on Audi’s which I already read about online. He ordered the part and I was going back to have it put on but I was called and told the mechanic didn’t feel comfortable putting it on until my engine light came back on. It’s been over a month and a half since I had my tires rotated and balanced and my car is driving great with no engine light coming on! Yay!!

They did a great job repairing a break line failure on my truck! They were quite busy when I brought it in, but they kept me informed on completion and were able to honor their quote they gave me :D 10/10 work, I’ll definitely be coming back
