OMG. I went in to just get an inspection while buying an used vehicle and I was very impressed with the professionalism from the staff and quality of the report. It was so thorough that the seller was a little defensive...which frankly was perfect. It did not sour the sale, just made me a much more informed buyer. I feel like this would be the start of a solid trust relationship with this shop.

They fixed the A/C and everyone I spoke with was very pleasant to deal with. I had to leave my car a couple nights after the work was completed which they accommodated. When I was able to pick it up, it was buried in their overnight lot and they guys who came out to move the cars were very friendly about it.

They were courteous and professional.

Aloha. Village is one the most through and professional shops I have ever dealt with forever. As a former mechanic I trust the assessments of the Village techs. Friendly and efficient service reps.

The team at village transmission was awesome. Our truck had been worked on by another shop three times unsuccessfully and then when my family started towing we had serious issues with the truck. The team got our truck in quick, listened to everything I told them, diagnosed the problem and spent time ensuring everything was safe for our next trip and fought to get our warranty to cover a lot of the cost. Couldn’t speak higher about the service here.

A complex problem was resolved when I had my Chev pickup in with an intermittent air conditioner issue that had been frustrating us for a long time. Curt took the time to listen carefully as we tried to explain the problem and then passed that on to the technician who ran the problem down and repaired it. This type of service has happened numerous times since we have been using Village Transmission. Can't be more satisfied with them. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding. Called regarding A/C not blowing cold and took me in last minute due to a cancellation they had. Curt wrote down all information I provided about the issues, diagnosed, and responded to each concern I had. A/C is now working perfectly. Excellent communication and kept me informed regarding my 3rd party warranty claim. Would 100% recommend.
