Been coming to Village Transmission for all repairs and maintenance about 10+ years now… I live in Woodinville and won’t go anywhere else!

First time bringing my vehicle to Village and I was very happy with the service and the work done. Everyone was helpful and willing to work with my schedule. They found the best time that would work and was even able to split the work into a couple different days so my wife could use the car. The work done was fantastic, car is running super smooth and my heat works again. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here for any work needed.

Customer service is above and beyond they went out of there way to get me the best parts for the best price and was installed perfectly in great time! I really enjoyed doing business with them. I would highly recommend them for auto reapair needs!

on Friday late afternoon, had to have 85' Cadillac towed to Village and CURT waited for us! Saved the day! so so kind!!! had my babe car fixed immediately tuesday with no problems, and she's so hard to find parts for being so old..!!! Their amazing! LANG Towing was tremendous also! Enterprise Car Rental rescued us on their buziest day of the week too AND we got VILLAGE Transmissions discount! - such a deal!

Aloha Village transmission is one of the most through and efficient auto repair shops I've ever experienced. As a young man I was a mechanic and a race car owner. Village Tranny (shortened) communicates concisely on what the problem is and the the cost to fix said problem. The contact (shop reps) people are friendly and clear. I have had all my work on my F150 done here at village transmission, the whole team from the owner, front desk staff and mechanics have been great. I will not be going to any other shop for any work. Thanks for all you guys (and gal) do!

Curtis and the technician that removed a stuck tire bolt could not have been kinder, or more eager to help me! I had a nail stuck in my back tire and had to wait to have it mended. My dealership was backed up, then waited to get in to discount tire and after an hour and a half they told me they couldn’t get one of the bolts removed so they couldn’t fix the tire. I took it back to the dealership, and they said they could fit me in and fix the tire and switch out the bolts. I waited three hours, they couldn’t fix it because they couldn’t get the bolt off either. They told me it would be almost $400 to drill it off. I called discount tire back and they referred me to Village transmission and auto clinic. As soon as they answer the phone they were helping me and reassuring me they do this service often. He asked me to come by to have his tech take a look at it and they could schedule it for next week. I arrived two hours later and they were able to not only fix it, but had it all repaired in an hours time. And saved me $300. I can’t recommend this business enough! Hands-down the best Customer Service I’ve ever encountered. I am so sincerely grateful to everyone at Edmonds village transmission and auto clinic!
