Village Transmission is the best auto clinic I've ever worked with. The best thing about their service is that you always deal with the same person. There's a core group of kind folks who work there Monday-Friday so anytime you call in you either get transferred back to the person you've been working with (who knows your issues) or they'll take a message and call you back within an hour. I can't express how much easier this makes things. The team as a whole really went above and beyond for me. Scheduling tow trucks, finding parts from their network when the supply chain let us down, and even picking up tires for me so we could get my issue resolved before a long holiday weekend. I really can't thank them enough for the effort they put into resolving my issues. THANK YOU CAITLIN!!!!

Kurt was very helpful and explained to me what needed to be done for my car. Village Transmission sent me an email with photos and explanation of what they did. In addition, quotes were sent for my review and once I decided what I wanted to get done I received updated phone call for completiontimeliness. Pickup of car was fast and Rebecca was friendly.

Nothing but great experiences with this shop. They are dedicated to providing excellent service both customer (great staff) and technical (great technician/s) at reasonable prices. If you are worried about an auto dealership (Chevy, Ford, Toyota, etc.) charging you way too much and not fixing the problem....this your shop!.
