Kurt was very helpful and explained to me what needed to be done for my car. Village Transmission sent me an email with photos and explanation of what they did. In addition, quotes were sent for my review and once I decided what I wanted to get done I received updated phone call for completiontimeliness. Pickup of car was fast and Rebecca was friendly.

Village Transmission was timely and the diagnostic report of their inspection was detailed and includes photos of the process. The report was texted to me so all I had to do was to go pick up my car.
