I would highly recommend Village as they have the best staff and technical expertise of any shop in the Edmond's area. Kudos to Logan and Joe (technicians) and Katlin, Kurt and David (service providers). Edmonds is blessed to this auto repair shop!

Super nice staff and excellent car care without a fixation on high cost unnecessary repairs. My old car is going to have some ongoing issues but they helped me fix the important ones and ignore the unimportant ones.

Over priced. Cost way more than quoted and very slow once they started the work. Do not recommend ☹️

I was referred to Village Transmission by a friend. I was able to get an appointment within a week, I was kept updated on the progress of the repair, even that fact that the original replacement part was defective and would need to be reordered. Everyone was polite and respectful. I felt like they valued me as a customer, unlike my experience with the transmission shop I used previously.

Village Transmission is the best auto clinic I've ever worked with. The best thing about their service is that you always deal with the same person. There's a core group of kind folks who work there Monday-Friday so anytime you call in you either get transferred back to the person you've been working with (who knows your issues) or they'll take a message and call you back within an hour. I can't express how much easier this makes things. The team as a whole really went above and beyond for me. Scheduling tow trucks, finding parts from their network when the supply chain let us down, and even picking up tires for me so we could get my issue resolved before a long holiday weekend. I really can't thank them enough for the effort they put into resolving my issues. THANK YOU CAITLIN!!!!
