The whole staff at Village Auto is amazing! From the service advisor to the certified mechanics were very knowledgeable, communicative and efficient. The best shop that I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them!!

Super nice staff and excellent car care without a fixation on high cost unnecessary repairs. My old car is going to have some ongoing issues but they helped me fix the important ones and ignore the unimportant ones.

Over priced. Cost way more than quoted and very slow once they started the work. Do not recommend ☹️

I was referred to Village Transmission by a friend. I was able to get an appointment within a week, I was kept updated on the progress of the repair, even that fact that the original replacement part was defective and would need to be reordered. Everyone was polite and respectful. I felt like they valued me as a customer, unlike my experience with the transmission shop I used previously.
